Ahead of the call, I’ll ask for some background info so we can make the most of our time together before we hop on a Zoom call.

I’ll take a good look at your books/accounts and tell you exactly where I think you can make improvements, so you can stop worrying about what ‘might’ be wrong and instead get on with making the changes! This is the stuff I love doing – digging around and finding solutions to problems.

• 60 min zoom call with myself where we’ll discuss your current position and what can be changed to work towards your goals, recorded for you to watch back as needed

• Health Check Report prepared by me with action points for you to implement, and tips to follow

• Copies of any files created with my templates

• 48-hour post-call VOXER support for any questions you’ve forgotten to ask

Mentor Package

For three months, you get my expert support, to get your finances into shape, and into a position, you feel confident managing going forward, whilst helping your business grow.

Right at the start, we’ll discuss where you’re at with your finances – what’s making you anxious, what you’re confused about and what your goals are.

From there, I’ll create an action plan of what we need to work on and in what order.

Each month, we’ll then meet for a 2-hour intensive strategy meeting online, to get it done together. I’ll request access to your systems as I’ll need to do prep work ahead of our calls.

Examples of the types of projects we may work on include:

• Getting your records into shape and creating a seamless system going forward

• Setting up a cash flow forecast,

• Preparing a budget and forecast,

• Setting up the right meaningful monthly reports to monitor performance,

• Preparing for investor/financing pitches

• Creating a cash management system to save for your pay, taxes, investments and emergencies

We’ll work out your priorities and I’ll let you know what I think we can achieve in our time together.
